Ting S. James

Professional Organizations and Associations

She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, the Mid-America Association of Law Libraries, and the Southwestern Association of Law Libraries. She has served on St. Louis University Libraries Faculty Steering Committee. She served as chair of the Asian- American Law Librarians Caucus of AALL.

Community Work and Service

As a cataloging librarian, Ting James creates original bibliographical records in the international bibliographical database (OCLC). She enhances records for the University online catalog. She contributes authority records to the Library of Congress authority file. Her work contributes to the goals of the law library to make it available various materials in a timely manner to the faculty and students at SLU Law.
