Professor Santos Rutschman Among Top Downloaded for 2021

In a write up from TaxProf Blog, Professor Ana Santos Rutschman was named among the top downloaded professors in the country on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) for 2021.
An expert in vaccine law and policy, in the midst of the pandemic, Santos Rutschman has written on the intersection of vaccines and intellectual property. Her most downloaded article was “The COVID-19 Vaccine Race: Intellectual Property Collaboration (s), Nationalism and Misinformation” published in the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
Over the years, Santos Rutschman has been following the rise of misinformation related to vaccines and has been sought out for her expertise across the globe.
Currently she teaches FDA Law and Policy; Emerging Health Technologies; Vaccine sand the Law; Patent Law; and Property. She is a member of the Center for Health Law Studies and the Center for International and Comparative Law.
