  • Systemic and mucosal immunity to BCG/M. tuberculosis in animal models and humans 
  • Host immune responses to vaccines and infectious diseases (TB, influenza, Zika, COVID-19, Mpox)
  • Clinical and translational studies, including vaccine safety/immunogenicity and the development of diagnostic and experimental models
  • Expanding the capabilities of research laboratories to perform immune assays and process diverse samples across a broad range of studies by enhancing and streamlining laboratory methods and workflows
  • Development, optimization, qualification and validation of standard operating procedures
