Jospeh Espiritu, M.D., directs the SLUCare Sleep Disorders Center,
where he conducts sleep studies for evaluation and management of sleep disorders using methods such as polysomnograms, home sleep apnea tests, multiple sleep latency tests and maintenance of wakefulness tests. Beyond sleep medicine, Espiritu treats patients with obstructive lung diseases, such as COPD and asthma.
Research Interests
- Using continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) for treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, as well as CPAP adherence
