Practice Areas
Rania Farhat, M.D., treats patients with pulmonary diseases, including asthma, chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism and acute breathing issues. She
performs diagnostic bronchoscopies and cares for critically ill patients in the intensive
care unit.
Her clinical interests include post-intensive care syndrome, pulmonary embolism and
chronic pulmonary disease, such as asthma and COPD. She runs the SLUCare Pulmonary Embolism Clinic and the Post ICU clinic.
