Tari Nyahoda, M.D., is a geriatric medicine specialist who treats adult patients ages 65 and older. She provides care for various chronic conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as geriatric gastroenterology issues that may arise. She also addresses other conditions and issues that commonly affect the elderly, including memory loss, dementia, mobility issues and falls.

Nyahoda's mission is to help patients and their families navigate the complex health issues that accompany the aging process. To her, the heartfelt expression of appreciation she receives from a patient is priceless. She also understands and values working with patient caregivers and their support systems to help educate them, while delivering the most up-to-date, evidence-based care for her patients.
