Justine Keller, M.D., specializes in caring for high-risk pregnancies affected by
conditions such as cervical incompetence; congenital anomalies and infections; coagulation
defects; fetal anomalies; fetal growth restriction; gestational diabetes; maternal
anemia; placenta previa; placental abruption; placenta accreta spectrum; preeclampsia;
and/or preterm birth.
Keller treats and manages other pre-existing conditions, including heart disease; chronic hypertension; chronic kidney disease; hematologic disorders; HIV; hypertensive disorders; rheumatologic disorders; and substance abuse disorders in pregnancy. She also offers preconception counseling and obstetric ultrasounds.
