- Prioritize patient advocacy and family-centered care
- Lead multidisciplinary inpatient care teams

Pediatric Education and Mentorship
The division is deeply committed to education for both undergraduate and graduate medical students. Its faculty, which includes leaders of the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program, the Pediatric Residency Program and the Pediatric Clerkship, provides mentorship, specialty advising, bedside teaching, structured didactic sessions and curriculum oversight.
