These courses are only offered on the Madrid campus. St. Louis students can take these during a study abroad experience to meet their major requirements.
Continuation Standards
Students must maintain a minimum 2.00 grade point average (GPA) in all courses used to fulfill minor requirements. If the minor GPA falls below a 2.00, students will have one semester to increase their minor GPA to a 2.00, or they will not be allowed to enroll in 3000- and 4000-level minor courses.
Note: SLU-Madrid and SLU-St. Louis program requirements vary slightly by campus.
SLU-Madrid's minor in international business allows students to understand the skills necessary for business activities to succeed in a global economy. The minor helps students understand the various economic, political and cultural variables that affect the business activities of international companies. It also allows students to learn how companies can manage international operations effectively on a global scale. Find out more about the international business program.
Curriculum Overview
The minor requires students to complete 18 credit hours of coursework, which includes four required courses (12 credits) and two electives (6 credits). SLU-Madrid offers the following IB courses that students can take for their electives:
