Le Sans-visage (Faceless): A Journal on the Works of Pascal Quignard

An international journal is born, springing from the conviction that all has not been written on the works of Pascal Quignard, that encompass literary, theatrical, operatic, graphic, and cinematographic works and continue to expand and take new directions.

Freedom begins with the absence of a face.

Pascal Quignard

Le sans-visage publishes articles on all aspects of Pascal Quignard’s works. It welcomes new perspectives, essays by international junior researchers, and interdisciplinary approaches.

The journal accepts article submissions in French or English.

Send the full article, between 5000 and 7000 words, bibliography and notes included, pages numbered, with a one-paragraph abstract, formatted according to the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers in Word format as an email attachment to lesansvisage@slu.edu. Submissions are evaluated anonymously by several readers. The deadline for issue number one (fall 2018) is Sept. 1, 2018.
