Association for Women in Mathematics
Welcome to Association for Women in Mathematics student chapter at Saint Louis University.
The Saint Louis University Student Chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics
(AWM) is dedicated to encouraging and supporting women and underrepresented groups
in the mathematical sciences. Our goal is to build a welcoming community where students
and faculty can connect, share experiences, and support one another in their academic
and professional development. Through invited talks, professional development activities,
and informal gatherings, we provide opportunities for undergraduate students, graduate
students, and faculty to engage with the broader mathematics community.
Our chapter welcomes students of all genders, identities, and academic backgrounds.
While our activities focus on mathematics, we encourage participation from students
in related fields and anyone with an interest in mathematics.
You can find the future events on the SLU Groups.
