Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs
SLU’s Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs allows academically talented students to advance their knowledge and analytical skills
by focusing on an interdisciplinary, problem-oriented area of concentration within
the broad field of political science. You may choose to specialize in American politics,
public policy, international affairs, gender and politics, or political theory.
Ph.D. in Public and Social Policy
This interdisciplinary Ph.D. prepares students to tackle some of the biggest problems of our time by building multiple
disciplinary perspectives, advanced methodological skills, and the ability to conduct
original research in an academic or applied setting.
Juris Doctor/Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs
SLU's dual-degree program in law and political science is for students who want the flexible training and skills to work in the area where
policy becomes law and to better understand how law shapes policy.
