Dean's Student Advisory Board
The Dean’s Student Advisory Board (DSAB) is an advisory body to the Edward Jones Dean of the Chaifetz School of Business. The board also serves as a forum for collaboration on projects and programming in the business school. DSAB is comprised of representatives from each club and department, as well as other student populations, within the Chaifetz School. Members are selected based on recommendations from faculty, staff and student leaders.

ALPHA KAPPA EPSILON - AKE / INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CLUB
Alpha Kappa Epsilon is a nationally recognized honor society for international business
students and professionals that provides a network of individuals who have interest
in this ever-growing field and establishes a forum for professional and social gain.
The International Business Club works to provide SLU students with knowledge, networking
and experience in the area of international business.
ALPHA KAPPA PSI - ΑΚΨ
As a professional business fraternity, AKPsi’s principles are to promote institutions
of business education, to develop future leaders and to foster appreciation for higher
ideals in business.
BETA ALPHA PSi - BAΨ
Founded in 1919, Beta Alpha Psi is an international honors organization for financial
information students whose mission is to inspire and support excellence by fostering
lifelong ethical, social and public responsibilities while providing opportunities
for service, professional development and interaction among members and financial
professionals.
BETA GAMMA SIGMA - ΒΓΣ
BGS is the premier honor society recognizing business excellence. Lifetime members
have earned the right to be considered the “Best in Business.” Undergraduate students
are eligible for selection in junior or senior year.
DELTA SIGMA PI - ΔΣΠ
DSP is composed of ambitious, unique business students. Members are dedicated to the
advancement of business and commerce and are constantly working towards becoming well-rounded
professionals.

BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CLUB (BTMC)
The mission of BTMC is to engage students in different areas of evidence and statistics
that help inform business decisions and help uncover the importance of analytical
thinking.
CONSULTING CLUB
Consulting Club is an up and coming student organization that holds a wide range of
events for its members aimed at helping them best position themselves to successfully
enter the field of consulting.
COUNCIL OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS SLU STUDENT ROUNDTABLE (CSCMP SLU)
CSCMP SLU is one of the most active CSCMP student chapters. Our mission is to educate,
develop and connect students in supply chain management by hosting educational events,
networking events and more.
ECONOMICS CLUB
The Economics Club’s mission is to promote economic literacy by SLU students for SLU
students throughout the campus by means of public speakers, tutors, discussions on
economic topics and club outings.
FINANCE CLUB
The Finance Club is designed to inform its members of career paths in the financial
services sector and to provide opportunities to network with finance professionals.
The club also promotes finance-related activities and provides its members with opportunities
to take leadership in the club.

SLU Entrepreneurs’ Club’s mission is to introduce, engage and inspire student entrepreneurs
to create a better world through entrepreneurship.
SLU MARKETING CLUB
The mission of the SLU Marketing Club is to foster a creative and professional atmosphere
in which students can develop their own definition of marketing by practicing marketing
skills within the SLU community and beyond.
SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (SHRM)
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Club is an SHRM-affiliated student
organization that is dedicated to facilitating experiential learning, socialization
and professional development for students related to human resource management.
SPORTS BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (SBA)
SBA is designed to aid sports business students and those who are interested in sports
business by giving them the opportunity to network, connect and grow when looking
for internships and careers to perfect their professional profile.
STUDENT CENTER FOR PUBLIC TRUST (CPT)
SLU’s chapter of Student CPT is a national ethical leadership organization sponsored
by NASBA. Student CPT members host workshops, attend conferences, enter competitions
and invite speakers who share their knowledge about ethics in the workplace.
By getting involved with Delta Sigma Pi and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), I honed my leadership and communication skills. I even met a connection that led to an internship.
