How to Apply

All applicants will apply using ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).   

Early applications are encouraged. A preliminary review of each application will be made upon receipt; this will be on a first-come, first-served basis. A Dean's Letter is not required for initial review.

Applications should consist of:

  •      Three letters of recommendation. The Selection Committee requires that each recommender complete an evaluation form. We accept the supplemental form or AOA’s standard letter of recommendation (SLOR). Download the Form
  •      Medical school transcripts
  •      Documentation of national USMLE Step 1
  •      Personal Statement
  •      Medical School Performance Evaluation (Dean’s Letter)

The deadline for receipt of all application materials is October 31, 2018. After this date, incomplete applications will not be considered.

All documents must be uploaded to the ERAS portal. Documents emailed or mailed will not be accepted.
