• Students will develop an applied understanding of fundamental statistical techniques using ‘R’ statistical programming.
• Students will analyze data in ‘R’ provided by the instructor or gathered by the student to develop an argument about a social or psychological phenomenon.
• Students will create analytical projects in each course of the microcredential that require data science techniques to answer social and psychological questions.

Continuation Standards
Students are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.00, with grades of C or better in all courses. Students who do not achieve the “C” or better grade in a required course will be expected to repeat the course in an attempt to achieve the “C” or better grade. Students may repeat a required course one time. Failure to achieve the “C” or better grade after one repeat attempt will be dismissed from the Microcredential.
