Most law students are eligible for federal work study and federal student loans.
To be considered for federal aid programs, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year. The FAFSA is available beginning on October 1 for the next school year. Include SLU's school code of 002506 to ensure that we receive a copy of your application.
Once SLU receives your FAFSA, we will assemble a financial aid package for each admitted student. New students will be sent an award letter via both email and postal mail. Returning students will receive this information via email.
