AI in Supply Chain for Executives
Embrace AI in the Right Way
Saint Louis University is proud to present a three-day executive program that equips supply chain and technology leaders to make better AI decisions.
Nov. 12-14, 2026
Equip Your Leaders to Make Better AI Decisions
Give your supply chain and technology leaders a shared framework for deciding where AI belongs, what is ready to scale, and what must be built first. This program connects executive AI fluency with practical use cases, organizational readiness, responsible governance, and a roadmap for action.
Understand the Landscape
Distinguish mature capabilities from emerging possibilities.
Prioritize with Discipline
Evaluate value, readiness, trust, and adoption requirements.
Build an Action Agenda
Translate learning into now, next, and later priorities.
For leaders accountable for supply chain strategy, technology direction and AI investment decisions.
Develop the Judgment Behind Responsible AI Adoption
The curriculum connects technology choices with the business decisions your leaders must make — before, during and after an AI initiative.
Build a Common AI Language
Understand AI, machine learning, generative AI, copilots, agents, digital twins, computer vision, orchestration and model operations in practical business terms.
Assess Real-World Opportunities
Examine supply chain use cases and reusable patterns. Distinguish repeatable value from capabilities that remain experimental or uneven in maturity.
Think Beyond Isolated Pilots
Evaluate AI as a portfolio tied to business priorities, organizational readiness, operating models and the capacity to adopt change.
Strengthen the Foundations
Examine data quality, process discipline, integration, platforms, talent, security and governance — not simply the choice of model or tool.
Align Business and Technology
Explore how chief information officers and chief supply chain officers can share priorities, funding decisions, accountability and measures of value.
Sequence the Next 12 Months
Prioritize opportunities through business impact, feasibility, trust and adoption complexity. Decide what belongs in the now, next and later horizons.
Why Send Your Leaders?
Create a shared basis for AI investment decisions — not just a shared vocabulary. Participants practice comparing opportunities, identifying dependencies, clarifying ownership and communicating recommendations on what to start, accelerate, pause or avoid.
