- September 1, 2021: All tenure, promotion, sabbatical, and emeritus candidate names should be submitted
by this form. Phased Retirement requests due to Dean’s Office.
- September 15, 2021: Sabbatical applications due to Dean’s Office.
- October 1, 2021: Rank and Tenure dossiers and Emeritus applications due to Dean’s Office.
- October 1, 2021: Mellon applications due to Dean’s Office.
- October 1, 2021: Stolle applications due to Dean’s Office.
- December 10, 2021: Nominations for Faculty and Staff Excellence Awards due to Dean’s Office. Please
use the links provided on College A&S website.
- December 31, 2021: Faculty annual activity reports due to department chairs. Some
departments may require earlier internal submission of these reports, so follow department
regular practice. Annual Review of Faculty, Chairs, and Program Directors Using Faculty 180.
- January 15, 2022: Provost Research Leave Proposals due to Dean’s Office.
Faculty Research Leave Program. Ranked Provost Research Leave Proposals due March 1, 2022 in Provost’s office.
- January 17, 2022: Human Resources advances all reviews to the manager rating phase. **Employee’s self-evaluation
completed in Workday by Friday, January 14;
February 28, 2022: Year-end reviews by managers complete in Workday.
- January 31, 2022: Chairs’ and Program Directors’ annual activity reports due to the Dean’s Office.

- February 15, 2022: Chair’s Review of Faculty Annual activity reports (including third year reviews)
due to Dean’s Office as hard copies.
- February 20, 2022: James D. Collins Outstanding Senior Award names due to
Jane Beckerle (jane.beckerle@slu.edu).
- February 20, 2022: CAS Thesis and Dissertation Award Nominations due to Dean’s Office, Associate Dean
