Arts Internships and Study Abroad
SLU Fine and Performing Arts students are offered various additional learning opportunities through internships and study abroad options. In years past, students have been placed in internships with regional, national, and internationally respected museums, performing arts organizations, visual art studios, dance companies, and universities. Students will gain an international insight into the arts through a semester in Madrid while furthering their learning.
Careers in the Arts
The Department of Fine and Performing Arts at SLU provides students with a challenging educational foundation that prepares them for all manner of future studies and jobs while allowing them an opportunity to follow their passions and grow in their creative capacities. Some of our students have decided to take on opportunities in teaching and service.

SLTCC 2+SLU Fine and Performing Arts Programs
2+SLU programs are designed to be flexible opportunities for students studying at St. Louis Community College for an associate degree to be allowed simplified entry into SLU.
