MATH For All in St. Louis Conference

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Saint Louis University is hosting a satellite of the annual Math For All conference for math research and education on Saturday, April 11, 2026. This conference fosters inclusivity in mathematics by holding talks and discussions in both math research and education, with the goal of supporting and retaining students interested in mathematics, especially those from historically excluded backgrounds. The conference will be held in-person with virtual components.

2026 STARS @SLU Program

STARS@SLU is a two-week summer research program designed for rising high school juniors and seniors from underrepresented and underserved groups. This program is supported by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) and the Tensor Foundation.

SpinM: Summer Program IN Mathematics

This one-week program is designed to immerse undergraduate students in advanced mathematical topics not typically covered in the undergraduate curriculum, through an inquiry-based format that encourages active exploration and collaboration.

  • 2025 AMS Fall Central Sectional Meeting
    10/18/2025 - 10/19/2025 The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Saint Louis University hosted, for the first time, the Fall Central Sectional Meeting of the American Mathematical Society (AMS). For two days, the campus was alive with lectures, discussions, and spontaneous problem-solving sessions that reflected the vitality of the mathematical community.
