College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors

Who We Are
SLU CAS Ambassadors are undergraduate students who represent the college, work with the office of the dean, assist with college and university events, help shape college initiatives and plan community service projects. The ambassador program highlights the vibrant student body in the College of Arts and Sciences, facilitates belonging within the college, and showcases individuals who embody the spirit of higher purpose and greater good.
We are calling all undergraduates from the Saint Louis University College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) to apply for the ambassador program.
Prospective Ambassadors:
- Must be full-time sophomore and junior students in good standing with a major/minor in the College of Arts and Sciences at Saint Louis University.
- Must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 during their time in the program
Application requires recommendation from faculty/staff members at Saint Louis University. Recommendation letters should be submitted in the link below:
- Serve as a representative within the College of Arts and Sciences at Saint Louis University.
- Participate in major events held by the CAS, such as invited speakers and welcome events.
- Highlight the diversity of student life within the College of Arts and Sciences at Saint Louis University.
- Engage in community service projects, including at least one major service project each year selected.
- Serve in other capacities as needed by CAS to assist with recruitment, retention and a sense of belonging within the college and university.
- Attend meetings/trainings and participate in programming related to the CAS Ambassador program.
- Cultivate community through interactions with peers and prospective students to create a sense of belonging within CAS and the larger University.
- Earn swag for the College of Arts and Sciences at Saint Louis University, including unique merchandise only an ambassador can receive.
- Develop practical marketing and community engagement skills, which will be valuable in any career.
- Strengthen skills such as oral and written communication and program development, which will be highlighted in interviews and personal statements for future opportunities.
- Network and cultivate engaging experiences to share with prospective employers or academic institutions.
- Engage with diverse populations and backgrounds.
Mission Statement
Rounded in the Jesuit tradition of Cura Personalis — care for the whole person — and a universal CORE rooted in intellectual pursuit and passions, the Saint Louis University College of Arts and Sciences Ambassador Program seeks to embody faith, love, service and leadership.
As student leaders and stewards of the SLU experience, CAS Ambassadors are dedicated to fostering inclusivity and belonging within the local and broader community. CAS Ambassadors engage with current and prospective students, families and alumni to share their experiences and promote academic opportunities. Ambassadors aim to support recruitment and outreach initiatives, while inspiring students to discover their purpose, embrace lifelong learning, and contribute to the common good. Through meaningful engagement in community outreach, recruitment, and service, CAS Ambassadors strive to create a legacy that would carry forward a tradition of higher purpose and greater good.
Meet the Ambassadors

Anika Nadikota
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Anika (she/her) is a sophomore from St. Louis majoring in biology and minoring in public health on the pre-med track.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved in several organizations, including the American Medical Women’s Association, Blood Club, Tennis Club and Crochet Club. She also serves as a supplemental instruction leader for general biology and conducts neurobiology research in the Department of Biology.
Off campus, she is active in the community, serving as a board director for the Craftibility Foundation, a regional Red Cross club coordinator and a volunteer at Mercy Hospital.
She looks forward to meeting with you.

Ayushi Sahu
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Ayushi (she/her) is from Dallas, Texas, and is a pre-med student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in cell biology and physiology, along with a minor in social work.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved in several organizations, including Overground Railroad to Literacy, Special Olympics and the Indian Student Association.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, especially during the fall and spring, and staying active, whether at the gym or outdoors. She also values time to herself, often engaging in self-care or grabbing a coffee.

Claire Skelly
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Claire Skelly (she/her) is a student in the accelerated Bachelor of Science in forensic science, crime scene investigation concentration, to Master of Arts in criminology and criminal justice program. She is minoring in criminology and criminal justice and Asian studies.
She studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea, in spring 2025 and aspires to work internationally or for the FBI as a crime scene investigator.
At Saint Louis University, she is in the Honors Program, serves as a lead College of Arts and Sciences ambassador, works as a study abroad peer mentor, serves on the executive board of SLeUth Club and works as a baker at Fresh Gathering + Cafe.
She enjoys traveling and embracing new experiences.

Ittmum Zahir
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Ittmum (he/him) is a St. Louis native pursuing dual bachelor’s degrees in neuroscience and Spanish, with minors in biology and psychology, on the pre-med track.
At Saint Louis University, he is active in several organizations, including University Mastersingers, Beyond Ability SLU, Global Medical Brigades and the Pre-Health Ambassador Program. He also serves as a teaching assistant for the Pre-Health Office’s committee course, works as a tutor at the Student Success Center and conducts research in the Nurr1 Drug Discovery Lab with Ian De Vera, as well as in the Basque Linguistics Laboratory with Ander Beristain.
Off campus, he volunteers as a coaches committee member with KEEN St. Louis and serves as a lead emergency department ambassador at SSM Saint Louis University Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new foods with friends and hosting game nights.

Meredith Castleberry
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Meredith (she/her) is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is a member of the Class of 2027. She is pursuing bachelor’s degrees in psychology and studio art, with an anticipated minor in French. She plans to become a clinical child psychologist specializing in art therapy.
At Saint Louis University, she is a member of the Micah Living Learning Community and is actively involved in volunteering at Saint Elizabeth’s, a long-term care facility.
She is excited to serve as a College of Arts and Sciences ambassador.

Ritvij Garg
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Ritvij (he/him) is a sophomore on the pre-med track majoring in neuroscience, with minors in public health and political science. He plans to become a physician.
At Saint Louis University, he conducts interdisciplinary research with the nutrition and sociology departments. He is also involved in Special Olympics and the Medical Literature Club and serves as a visual guide for athletes through Achilles, an organization dedicated to inclusive athletics.

Sam Lee
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Sam (she/her) is from San Tan Valley, Arizona, and is pursuing degrees in public health and sociology, with a minor in geospatial analysis and visualization, on the pre-med track.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved with the Office of Admission, Micah, Kesem and Oriflamme. She is also part of a geospatial research project and volunteers at the VA Hospital.
After completing her bachelor’s degrees, she plans to attend medical school and join the U.S. Public Health Service, focusing on rural and Indigenous populations. In her free time, she enjoys sushi, Bubbl’rs and romance novels.

Victoria Mula
CAS Ambassador-Founder
Victoria Mula (she/her) is a junior from Chicago on the pre-med track majoring in biology and minoring in anthropology. She chose to attend a university in a city environment, similar to where she grew up.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved in the Honors Program as a PATH mentor and teaching assistant and serves as a learning assistant for organic chemistry. She is also treasurer of UNA, a feminist student organization, and an executive board member of the university’s chapter of the National Bone Marrow Donor Program. She conducts research in the biology department under Dr. Origanti.
Off campus, she volunteers at Hope Lodge and Mercy South. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching classic sitcoms while drinking coffee or tea. She welcomes questions and encourages others to reach out.

Ta’Nya Collins
Undergraduate Liaison
Ta’Nya (they/them/she/her) is a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in forensic science (criminalistics) with a concentration in chemistry on the pre-med track. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, with roots in Georgia, they carry Southern values that have shaped their character and drive.
They are passionate about lifelong learning and seek opportunities to expand their understanding and experiences. A self-taught linguist, they began studying Korean at age 13 and are now fluent, and are currently learning Spanish. They believe people make people better and that everyone has something unique to offer.
Outside of academics, they enjoy expressing creativity through fashion and art. In their free time, they enjoy going to the gym with friends, spending time with their cats and watching early 2000s television shows and K-dramas. Their favorite color is pink, and they are a lifelong fan of Hello Kitty.

Samanvi Ganga
Samanvi (she/her) is a junior from Springfield, Illinois, on the pre-med track majoring in neuroscience with minors in anthropology and biology. She was drawn to Saint Louis University for its emphasis on service, research and community engagement.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved in several student organizations, including Gateway to the Great Outdoors, the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology student chapter, Medical Literature Club and Sexual Assault Awareness Club. She also participates in research across multiple labs, including work in Parkinson’s disease and chemistry-based nanoparticle research.
Outside of campus, she enjoys yoga, tennis and spending time with friends. She aspires to pursue a career in medicine and hopes to combine her interests in research, leadership and service to make an impact in health care.

Ro Razavi
Ro Razavi (he/him) is a senior majoring in neuroscience on the pre-dental track with a minor in nutrition, health and wellness.
He transferred to Saint Louis University after beginning college as a student-athlete in a more athletics-focused environment. That experience helped him gain perspective, and at SLU he has taken more ownership of his academics while finding a balance between coursework and involvement.
At Saint Louis University, he serves as president of Habitat for Humanity, where he helps lead build days, organizes neighborhood cleanups, coordinates service opportunities and works directly on homes.
Outside of school, he stays active by going to the gym, playing golf and cooking. He also enjoys watching shows and movies and spending time with friends.

Addisyn Ferris
Addisyn (she/her) is a junior on the pre-med track majoring in neuroscience and minoring
in Spanish and biology. She chose Saint Louis University for its city setting and
its proximity to her hometown in the Chicago suburbs, allowing her to stay close to
family.
At Saint Louis University, she is involved in Billiken Bounty, MOEDA and the SLU Rocket Propulsion Lab.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring coffee shops, reading and trying new foods.
