How Will My Credits Transfer?

One of the first questions you may have when considering SLU is how much of your previous work will apply to a degree at Saint Louis University. We're here to answer those questions and to help you connect with resources that make finding course equivalencies easy.

Credit by Exam

Undergraduate students may earn credit by exam (AP, CLEP, IB, etc.) through qualifying scores on examinations. View a full list of accepted exam credits.

Course Equivalencies

Step Two: Enter Your Courses
Enter your course work into Transferology. Then with one click, you will see how your course work will transfer to Saint Louis University.
Step Three: Review Your Results

If any of your courses are listed as “maybe,” select “request info,” and we will review your courses for equivalencies.
The transfer course equivalencies generated through Transferology are unofficial and for planning purposes only. An official evaluation of transfer credit will be performed upon submission of official transcripts and admission to SLU.

You may transfer an unlimited number of credits to Saint Louis University.

To be considered eligible for transferability, the grade received in the course must be at least a ''C'' or better.
