Most services are billable to insurance, however, payment is owed at the time of service for drug screens, fit tests, or pre-packaged pharmaceuticals. Drug screens are $45 and respiratory fit tests are $15.  If you do not want your insurance billed for services, ask us about setting up a self-pay option.
