The Office of the University Registrar serves you throughout your academic career and beyond.
We are a resource as you register for classes, monitor your academic record and prepare for graduation. We assist SLU’s veterans, students who are planning to study abroad and oversee an on-campus testing center.
No longer at SLU? We provide transcripts and other academic records, as well as duplicate diplomas.

Parents and Third-Party Record Access
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 — or FERPA — is a federal act stating that personally identifiable information from a student's educational record cannot be released without the consent of the student.
Saint Louis University has developed a system, mySLU Share, that allows authorized parents, guardians or third parties to access a student’s information. Students access mySLU Share from via mySLU and Banner Self-Service to grant access to academic records, student accounts, financial aid, housing or conduct records.
This access must be given by the student. Saint Louis University cannot grant this access outside of this process.
