The Office of the Registrar issues thousands of diplomas and transcripts each year. We also provide many services that support your time at SLU, from facilitating programs for veteran students to providing a testing site that can promote your future studies.
There is no fee for Saint Louis University transcripts. You can get an unofficial version online right away or request an official printed version online or by mail. Printed transcripts are generally available within seven to 10 days of your request and can be mailed, faxed or sent to you via Fed Ex.
Enrollment and Degree Verifications
Verifications for your enrollment at SLU or your receipt of degree are handled through our office. Enrollment verifications are free and can be obtained via mySLU or our office. Degree verifications are handled through National Student Clearinghouse.
The Office of the University Registrar serves as a liaison between SLU veteran students and the VA. We assist student veterans with the processing of the VA forms required for educational benefits, advise student veterans concerning certain procedural requirements, and certify the enrollment of SLU student veterans to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Many academic programs will involve a practicum or other experience at locations that require a criminal background check. SLU provides this service by appointment in DuBourg Hall.
SLU offers on an on-campus testing center where you can take the GRE, TOEFL, CLEP, MAT, SAT, ACT, LSAT and more. Sitting fees for non-SLU students and test-specific charges may apply.
