The 22nd Annual Saint Louis University Obstetrics and Gynecology Symposium will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, in the Kohler Auditorium, SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital.
The symposium features Brian Mercer, M.D., professor and chair of obstetrics and gynecology for The MetroHealth System in Cleveland. Mercer’s talk is “Periviable Birth" A Preventable Cause of Infant Mortality.”
Mercer’s talk will be followed by senior resident research presentations and case reports.
Following the presentations, there will be a buffet awards luncheon to award the two best presentations.
Registration starts at 7 a.m. and will feature a continental breakfast.
The event is approved for 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits.
The symposium is free, but registration is required.
