The College for Public Health and Social Justice will host “Maternal and Child Health: Where We Have Been, Where We Are Going, and Why You Should Come Along.”
Enjoy light refreshments while listening to a presentation by Russell Kirby, Ph.D., from the University of South Florida. Kirby is a perinatal and pediatric epidemiologist with extensive experience in birth defects and developmental disabilities surveillance and epidemiology. Kirby’s work is primarily population-based, and includes research aimed at improving surveillance methods, population-based analyses to support programmatic activities in maternal and child health, population health informatics, and applications of geographical information systems and spatial analysis in public health.
