In Person Format: Notary Table for Absentee Ballots

Wednesday, 21 October, 2020

The Center for Service and Community Engagement will host a Notary Table on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The table will be located outside of the north entrance of Busch Student Center.

Students, faculty and staff members can bring their Missouri absentee or mail-in ballots to have them notarized. There will also be stamps and envelopes available for mail-in ballot requests or out-of-state ballots that require postage.

This is a University-approved activity. Notaries will ensure physical distancing is in effect during the tabling and will take other appropriate COVID-19-related precautions.

Voters are encouraged to carefully read their ballot instructions as a few other states also require voters to have notary or witness signatures. Contact Leah Sweetman in the Center for Service and Community Engagement with questions or to have a ballot notarized before Election Day.
