Thursday, 22 October, 2020

This presentation will take place at 6 p.m. Oct. 22, via Zoom.

Robert L. Woodson is a civil rights leader who for more than four decades has led a neighborhood empowerment movement to establish violence-free zones in troubled schools and neighborhoods. He was the head of the National Urban League Dept. of Criminal Justice and has been a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Foundation for Public Policy Research. Recently, Woodson co-founded the 1776 Unites movement. This movement aims to educate on the legacy of black resilience in America and how to move forward to a more fair and free society for all. Sponsored by the Federalist Society.
