Art History Symposium: Angelique Kunstler, Paris Hubler, Jacqueline Amacker, Taylor Weaver

The Art History programs at the St. Louis and Madrid campuses of Saint Louis University will present an art history symposium Friday, April 23. The event will take place at 9 a.m. St. Louis time and 4 p.m. Madrid time. 

Presentations include:

  • Angelique Kuenstler (St. Louis), “Maiolica and the Middle Class: How the Medici Workshop at Cafaggiolo Elevated the Italian Artisan”
  • Paris Hubler (St. Louis), “John Rogers Cox: A Midwestern Modernist”
  • Jacqueline Amacker (Madrid), “Collective Unconscious in Woman Rising
  • Taylor Weaver (Madrid), “Approaching Black Aesthetics Through Decolonial and Feminist Theory: Mickalene Thomas”
