A "Building Happiness & Mindfulness Habits" will be Thursday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to noon.
Guests will learn some simple tools and techniques to build happiness into your life. The session will discuss ways to build habits for happiness as well as exploring what mindfulness is, how to practice mindfulness in a variety of ways, and how being mindful can connect with our happiness practices. The session will explore some key principles of happiness and the strategies that make these principles accessible to us.
