The School of Education at Saint Louis University invites you to participate in "Global Perspectives: Comparative Systems in Higher Education," a graduate course that includes a spring break graduate study tour in Spain.
Led by SLU faculty member, Mark Pousson, Ph.D., this course will examine critical issues that are part of the universal conversation in the field of higher education, such as the globalization of higher education, multi-national learning initiatives, and global academic practices. What you gain is the diversification of your portfolio, as you will have relevant experience in international higher education.
The supplemental graduate study tour gives you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the current issues in Spanish comparative higher education as well as Spain’s rich culture. You will interact with students, faculty, and administrators at Spain’s higher education institutions as you broaden your understanding of some of these highly regarded postsecondary institutions.
To hear more on this course, join us for an informational webinar meeting at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in Fitzgerald Hall, Room 123. Pousson will provide in-depth details about the course and will be available to answer other questions you may have.
The webinar also will be broadcast for those who cannot attend in person.
