Since 1998, Catholic Bishops of Ciudad Juárez & El Paso have jointlycelebrated an annual Mass in solidarity with migrants & to remember thosewho have died crossing the U.S.-México border. In 2019, the St. LouisArchdiocese & SLU partnered to bring students to the #BorderMass.
Instead of traveling to the border this year, vaccinated students are invitedto gather on the SLU campus for a discussion of experiences at the border and to participate in the Border Mass by live-stream. Communion to bedistributed at Mass.

SLU community members & vaccinated Catholic High School students/staff/familiesare invited to attend. Masks required.

The event will take place in Anheuser-Busch Auditorium in SLU Cook Hall, located at 3684 Lindell Blvd. Bike racks, accessible entrances, & nearby MetroBus stops are available transportation options.
