The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health will hold a Grand Rounds at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 20th in Kohler Auditorium, SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital. Dr. Tammy Sonn will present, “Growing a Gritty Educational Culture: Developing a Growth Mindset to Build Passion and Perseverance in our Leaders. The rounds’ objectives are:

• Explain the concepts of Grit and the Growth and Fixed Mindsets
• Assess learning styles for Grit and Mindset
• Apply these concepts to address clinical examples of struggling students/residents/faculty
