Simulations of Dyslexia Workshop

Churchill Center and School, in conjunction with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources, are providing a free workshop open to staff, faculty, and students. This event is a hands-on experience sharing the barriers students with dyslexia face in their academic environments. Participants will engage in several simulations about reading, writing, oral language, math, vocabulary, and executive functioning. Facilitators will also include tips for faculty on how to best support and meet the needs of students with dyslexia in their academic environment. Space is limited to 50 participants.
