Back 2 Nature: Graduate Healthcare Day of Reflection

All graduate students in healthcare related fields (medical students, students in their professional years in Doisy College, MPH, etc) are invited to a day of wellness, community, and rest sponsored by SLU Campus Ministry! This day of reflection will be held at the Shaw Nature Reserve (Maritz Trail Classroom) located just off I-44 in Gray Summit, MO. It will consist of a morning session on personal values & resiliency, and an afternoon session on creating a wellness plan to be proactive about your mind, body, and spirit wellness this academic year. Each session will include a presentation, some personal reflection time, walks in nature, and group discussion. Cost is $10 and includes lunch and admission to the Nature Reserve.
