Cooking Demonstration, Cooking to support Mental Health.

Join the graduate students from the Department of Food and Nutrition in a lunchtime cooking demonstration for faculty and staff.  This cooking demonstration is part of the Employee Well-Being program and participation in the demo earns 200 points.  Learn how to cook healthy, quick, budget friendly meals.  Class starts at 12 in person or virtually through zoom. No registration is required.
