The Studio Art program in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Saint Louis University is holding its annual fall exhibit of student artwork in the McNamee gallery in the lower level of the Cupples House museum.
Students taking courses in the Studio Art program at SLU will exhibit ceramics, computer art, drawing, fibers, graphic design, installation, painting, photography, printmaking, social practice and sculpture. The McNamee Gallery, accessible directly from West Pine Mall, is the teaching gallery for Saint Louis University's Studio Art program. The gallery supports the Studio Art curriculum by exhibiting artwork by Studio Art students and faculty, as well as visiting artists. Students are involved in the conception, organization, and installation of exhibits, publicity, and gallery events. Saint Louis University offers a B.A. in Studio Art as well as a minor in Studio Art and a Visual Communication minor.
The Fall Studio Art Student Exhibition will be open Wednesday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. until December 9.
