About the Gwendolyn Peiper Music in Medicine Program: Gwendolyn Peiper was a beloved and well-known piano teacher in the St. Louis area. Gwendolyn's son, Dr. Stephen C. Peiper, SOM '77, and Dr. Zoe Wang, donated several pianos to SLU as well as established an endowment for a yearly piano concert. The goal of the program is to host a concert once a year in her honor, showcasing the talent in our SLU community while fostering well-being and appreciation of music.
