Bobby Bostic was imprisoned at the age of 16 and sentenced to 214 years. After serving 27 years he was paroled due to new juvenile-specific parole legislation. Mr. Bostic and Joe Welling from Phillip's Black will talk about the legislation, the legalities of securing parole, and Bobby's experience and perspective.
