The Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) will meet from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, in Lecture Hall 1 at Schwitalla Hall on the Health Sciences Campus. Parking is available in the Hickory East or West garages.
SAC members are expected to provide input on various issues; it is the obligation of members to attend enough meetings to remain sufficiently informed of the issues.
Any staff member not belonging to a collective bargaining unit may become a SAC member, and all SLU non-union staff are invited to attend meetings. Since SAC is sanctioned by the University Administration, meeting attendance is to be considered paid time. Membership application can be found on SAC website or here.

All members attending via Fuze need to have the updated Fuze installed on their computer. The icon should be a white “F” in a red box. If you still have the blue icon, please delete this version and go to www.fuze.com. Click download at the bottom of the screen, and follow the directions for downloading the updated software.
Once you have joined the meeting, click on GROUP CHAT in order to see the conversation string. Group chat has the two, overlapping chat bubbles. Please note: Questions or comments made through individual chats may not be seen by the chat manager. All attendees must use GROUP CHAT for questions and comments.

Install the Fuze Meeting Application: Whether you are hosting a Fuze Meeting or just attending, install the Fuze Meeting Application for the best meeting experience. The application is available on multiple platforms such as PCs, Macs, tablets, and smartphones. Administrator rights on your computer are not required, so visit the Fuze Meeting Product Download page to download the application.
Make sure you have sound on your computer and that either internal or external speakers are turned up, or join the meeting by phone.
All communication during the meeting will be done via GROUP CHAT within Fuze.
All microphones/webcams (except the host) should be muted.
