Live Well: ‘Spring Cleaning: How to Overcome Procrastination and Get Organized’

Organizing yourself is more than sorting and tossing your trash and treasures. It takes motivation and discipline to overcome our natural tendencies toward inconsistency, clutter and negative self-talk.

Join your SLU colleagues this month in our next Live Well session, “Spring Cleaning: How to overcome procrastination and get organized,” presented by certified professional organizer Janine Adams, owner of Peace of Mind Organizing. She will lead participants through identifying their own barriers toward getting organized, share strategies for overcoming them in order, and provide tips to getting and staying organized so you can live more peacefully.

This session will take place from 11 a.m. to Noon Thursday, March 16, in Room 251 at Busch Student Center.

About Live Well: Live Well is part of our Employee Wellness program for SLU employees. Live Well is run through HR with the purpose of addressing personal, spiritual, and financial well-being. Speakers include SLUCare physicians, faculty, staff, and outside partners who volunteer to share their expertise. The program is offered monthly for 1 hour (11am-12pm) and sessions are intended to be educational and interactive with audience participation. Attendees are eligible to receive 35 Vitality Points.
