Saint Louis University will co-host a panel discussion on “St. Louis and the Common Good” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, at the Center for Global Citizenship. 

Civic engagement is an important part of global citizenship.  How does the structure of St. Louis's local government affect our ability to seek the common good?  Hear from a panel of experts and learn how the City/County divide plays out in our civic lives and what it means for those striving for good locally. Panelists include:

  • Rich McClure: Ferguson Commission, Co-Chair
  • Jason Purnell, Ph.D.: For the Sake of All, Principal Investigator and Project Director
  • Nancy Rice: Better Together, Executive Director
  • Daniel Monti, Ph.D.:  Saint Louis University, Professor of Sociology and Public Policy
