Tanja Zlatkovic Zanin, M.D., of Yale University will present  “Tapping into a Vital Resource: Understanding the Motivators and Barriers to Blood Donation in Sub-Saharan Africa” at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 10, in Room 124 at the Center for Global Citizenship.

Zanin is currently in her last year of a joint Global Health and International Emergency Medicine Fellowship between the Yale School of Medicine and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). She was a junior faculty member in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Yale University while completing her Master of Science in Tropical Medicine at LSHTM where she also earned the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and International Health last year.
