Monday, 24 April, 2017

Jeffrey Bishop, M.D., Ph.D., director and Tenet Endowed Chair in Health Care Ethics, will an informational meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 24, in Room 211 in McGannon Hall,  regarding his two HCE courses in Madrid this summer.

Bishop is offering two three-week courses this year:

  • HCE 3300: “Cross-Cultural Perspectives in Bioethics Through Film” spends three weeks exploring how medicine and biotechnology challenge definitions and conceptualizations of being human. The course and all films are presented in English.
