The Saint Louis University Museum of Art (SLUMA) will open "Urban Wanderers 2017" with a reception from 5 to 8 p.m., June 9. The show runs until July 23.
The exhibit features the work of over 80 artists who tell the story of the plight of street dogs and cats of St. Louis. Many of the works feature rescued animals and the event benefits Stray Rescue of St. Louis.

Parking for all events is available in the Canisius lot at Lindell Boulevard and Spring Avenue as well as along the street. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
