The Center for Vaccine Development, College for Public Health and Social Justice and Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology will host a panel from 6 to 7:30 p.m., July 12, at the Center for Global Citizenship to answer questions about Zika.
Researchers Daniel Hoft, M.D., Sarah George, M.D., Enbal Shacham, Ph.D., and other SLU faculty members working on the virus will be on hand. They will present on the facts about Zika, SLU’s efforts to identify a vaccine and diagnostic tests and will give advice for prevention as summer continues. A Q&A will follow the panel discussion.
