The Institutional Review Board (IRB) will hold a summer make-up sessions of its Submitter/eIRB 101 Combination Session from 10 a.m. to noon, June 22. The session will be online and log-in instructions will be e-mailed upon RSVP.
The IRB’s Submitter 101 Class will cover the basic history and mission of the IRB; how to determine which projects need review, choosing the appropriate forms to submit; basic information on the submission and approval process; and tips for successful submissions within the eIRB system.
Submitter 101 is for SLU students and staff newly involved in research, those looking for a refresher and those who are interested in learning the basics of submitting to the IRB.
The eIRB 101 class will cover how to use the electronic IRB (eIRB) submission system, including how to access the system; create and manage protocols and their subsequent submissions; obtain appropriate signatures and approvals; and other system tips and tricks.
eIRB 101 is for SLU students and staff who are interested in learning the basics of using the electronic submission system.
