'Inner Harmony . . . Learning from the Buddhist Spirit' Exhibit Lecture and General Opening

In conjunction with his new photography exhibit "Inner Harmony: Learning from the Buddhist Spirit" at the Saint Louis University Museum of Art, artist and physician Jon Kolkin, M.D. will present a lecture titled “Living a Balanced Life: Practical Strategies for Busy People.”

Kolkin’s lecture will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, at the Saint Louis University Museum of Art. A reception will follow from 6 to 8 p.m.

Complimentary parking for the event is available in the Canisius Lot, located at 300 N Spring Ave.

Kolkin is a nationally recognized speaker. His presentations and seminars emphasize practical, synergistic approaches to achieving one’s professional and personal goals while maintaining health and wellbeing. Along with his dedication to his family, his unique perspective stems from his broad background as a physician and international humanitarian, coupled with his success as a professional fine art photographer, accomplished musician, educator and athlete. Each of Kolkin’s photographic bodies of work tends to focus on topics that deal with personal growth, while promoting dialogue, understanding and mutual respect.
