Live Well: 'Maximize Your Vitality Benefits'

The next session of the Live Well series, “Maximize Your Vitality Benefit” will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, on Thursday, Oct. 5, in Computer Lab Room 0028 at the Allied Health Building.

The session will be led by a representative of the University’s wellness vendor, Vitality, and will center on how to maximize SLU’s wellness benefit. Participants will learn how to engage in the program, to review their Vitality Health Review and Vitality Check results, will learn about key point earning opportunities and what additional Vitality resources are available to support personal health goals.

Vitality is an interactive and personalized wellness program that makes it easy for individuals to live the healthiest life possible and is trusted by millions of members around the world. Live Well is part of the Employee Wellness program for SLU employees. Live Well is facilitated through Human Resources with the purpose of addressing personal, spiritual, and financial well-being. Speakers include SLUCare physicians, faculty, staff, and outside partners who volunteer to share their expertise. Sessions are intended to be educational and interactive with audience participation. Attendees are eligible to receive 35 Vitality Points for attending a session.
